Mounfiq Raiyan Abu is a Leadership and Life Sync Expert with over 30 years of leadership experience across corporate and business environments. She is the founder of Raiyaninspires Consulting Limited, a certified leadership and mindset reset coach, and the author of the Life Sync Blueprint and Leadership with Audacity Blueprint.

Her journey into leadership spans over two decades, combining 13 years in the banking industry, six children, and a lifelong commitment to personal development. This diverse experience has given her a unique and powerful understanding of what women face in leadership and life.

Professional Journey

Mounfiq’s career began in the banking industry, where she spent 13 years navigating the demanding world of corporate Nigeria. She worked with three major banks, including Sterling Bank, United Bank for Africa, and First Bank of Nigeria, where she rose to the role of manager.

While still in banking, she started her first business, running a fashion design company from her home while raising six children and managing a demanding career. In 2006, she began coaching and training others, a calling that would eventually become her life’s work.

She moved to Canada with her family to give her children the best education possible, and there she continued to build her coaching practice, expand her expertise, and grow her brand.

Today, she has trained thousands of individuals and organizations including Access Bank, GT Bank, the Nigerian Bar Association, Common Good Solutions Canada, and Empowered Overse Canada. She has been featured in publications in Canada and Nigeria, and has spoken on stages across the globe.

She is the Founder of Raiyaninspires Consulting Limited and the Life Sync Leadership Academy, where she helps women leaders, professionals, and organizations build the confidence, skills, and frameworks to lead with audacity, sync their work and life, and create lasting impact and wealth.
