Mounfiq is a Leadership and Life Sync Expert with over 20 years of experience in coaching, training, and leadership development. She is the founder of Raiyaninspires Consulting Limited, a certified leadership and mindset reset coach, and the author of the Life Sync Blueprint and the Leadership with Audacity Blueprint. She is also a member of the UN Women National Gender Based Violence Trust Fund in Nigeria.
Her journey into leadership spans over two decades, combining 13 years in the banking industry, six children, and a lifelong commitment to personal development. This diverse experience has given her a unique and powerful understanding of what women face in leadership and life.
She has trained thousands of individuals and organizations including Access Bank, GT Bank, the Nigerian Bar Association, and various international institutions. Her work has been featured in publications in Canada and Nigeria, and she has graced stages across the globe.
